HRD Attestation Services

HRD Attestation: HRD attestation refers to verification procedure of educational papers or documents. Authority for attesting the educational documents has been provided to human resource department of each state of the nation as well as to regional authentication centre that comes under state’s education department. HRD ministry has given this attestation authority to human resource department. Validation or better known as attestation leads to true verification of any certified document.

If in case, the educational document requires to be attested from the Ministry of External Affairs, then it's obligatory to validate or attest it first from that specific state HRD department where that particular education center (University/Board/Council) is based that has issued the document. Once document or certificate gets authenticated at state level, then only it can be carried further for attestation from Ministry of External Affairs.

State education department is responsible for attesting all educational document issued by Govt. School, Govt. Technical Board, Medical & Paramedical Institution, university etc.
